4. Cash on Delivery
Detora Home currently accepts Cash on Delivery (COD) only.
This means payment is made when your order is delivered.
We do not currently require online payment by credit card, debit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or similar online payment methods through our store.
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing an accurate delivery address
- Providing a valid phone number
- Being available to receive the package
- Completing payment when delivery is made
5. Order Acceptance
Submitting an order does not necessarily mean the order has been finally accepted.

Detora Home currently ships within the United States only.
We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders.
Typical delivery timeline:
- Handling Time: 1–2 business days
- Transit Time: 4–9 business days
- Estimated Total Delivery: 5–11 business days
- Order Cut-Off: 5:00 PM EST

8. Returns and Refunds
Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Returns are handled by mail.
For approved returns:
- Detora Home pays return shipping when the item is damaged, defective, broken, or incorrect
- Customers pay return shipping for change-of-mind or customer-ordering errors
- We do not charge a restocking fee
- Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned product is received and inspected
Because orders are paid using Cash on Delivery, our support team will arrange the applicable refund method.

9. Product Damage or Defects
Please inspect your product after delivery.
